Staying here was a fantastic choice as it was just 5 minutes from the airport with a convenient complimentary shuttle, allowing me to easily explore all the attractions in the area without any hassle; I loved being close to the National Electronics Museum, Patapsco Valley State Park, and several dining options like Chili's and Starbucks, all within a short walk or drive; the hotel itself offered clean spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast which made my mornings delightful, but I wish the coffee situation could improve as it was lacking during my stay.

Our family had a blast visiting the Arundel Mills Mall and Maryland Live Casino near the hotel. The Baltimore Inner Harbor Marina offered a picturesque backdrop for our boat tour, where we also explored the National Aquarium in Baltimore. It was a fantastic family getaway, just a stone's throw away from all the fun!

My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering more kid-friendly activities.

Just spent a short break at a rad spot close to the rental car place and the airport without being too noisy from planes. The included breakfast for four was a killer deal with eggs, waffles, and more. And the $85 price for such a jammin' room with two beds, a giant TV, and a fridge rocked my socks off!

Breakfast could be more exciting, felt a bit repetitive for two mornings. Also, the staff seemed a bit checked out during check-in and check-out.

My experience at this hotel was overall quite positive. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, and the shuttle service was reliable and efficient. The room, while a bit outdated in terms of furnishings, was surprisingly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the amenities such as free shampoo and shower gel. The self-service breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including cereals, eggs, fruits, and pancakes. Miss Donna, the day shuttle driver, was particularly awesome in her service.

The only downside of my stay was the customer service. Some staff members appeared unprofessional in their appearance and were not as courteous as I would have expected.
